Most Under-Fives Not Getting Enough Exercise

More than 90% of children under five are not active enough, health experts have warned.
Figures from the Health and Social Care Information Centre show just 9% of two to four-year-olds meet the current guidelines of three hours of physical activity per day.
The British Heart Foundation National Centre (BHFNC), based at Loughborough University, is now calling for national policy to include exercise for toddlers.
