Health at Home for school children

Children have suffered from the restrictions of lockdown more than most. They have been less active and more sedentary. They will probably have eaten poorly and too often. When it comes to focus and long period of concentration, they will be out of practice. Not forgetting the stress of being isolated and surrounded by news of the virus.

Breaking up children’s sitting time and keeping them regularly active is vital for their physical and emotional wellbeing. That is why we have developed a special information pack to remind children to be active and give the lots of ideas and games to make sure they sit less and move more.
